Spicy Tomato Salsa
I couldn't find a zesty tomato salsa that I liked, everyone that was shop bought tasted bland, so i decided to make my own. Recipes on the internet seemed lacking somewhat in taste and freshness. This recipe is similar to what you can buy in a pot, but is far nicer. It was made as an accompaniment for the Spicy Falafels.
Ingredients

180 grams Fresh Vine Ripened Tomatoes

1/2 Small Red Onion

2 Teaspoons of Tomato Puree

A Liberal Dash of Red Wine Vinegar

2 Garlic Cloves

A Ramakin of freshly chopped flat leaf Parsley (de-stalked)

A Ramakin of freshly chopped Coriander (de-stalked)

1 Teaspoon of Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Salt

1/2 Teaspoon of Paprika

1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper

1/2 hot Red Chilli finely chopped
