Raw Chilli doesn't exactly inspire your imagination until you actually taste it. It's an absolutely fabulously tasty dish full of flavours with quite a kick. Adapted from "The Fully Raw Diet" book by Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram. It can't be called a cookbook as nothing is cooked, but it takes it's form this way. The chilli is so tasty, with quite a kick, but this can be moderated by adjusting the amount of Chilli powder or Cayenne Pepper that is added. Although the amount made is recommended for 2 large or 3 small portions there is more than enough for 4 medium portions.
