Reiki & Karuna Reiki®

Reiki
Karuna Reiki®

By Angela George at www.artfrequency.moonfruit.co.ukReiki has been the catalyst to change at a point in Nikki`s life when every thing seemed a struggle and she could only look forward with intrepidation. Reiki was the first step to opening her eyes to the power of our minds and the concept of energy healing.
Reiki helps us to raise our own energy and as this happens we allow life force to flow through us giving us a sense of well-being.
Our journey in the physical world involves us in many challenges that often bruise us physically, emotionally and mentally. Such imbalances show up in our energy field, we may only be aware of a fraction of these but all will impede our energy system, Reiki can help to clear these "bruises".

How does Reiki work?
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning spiritual energy. Reiki is a form of spiritual healing given from the heart to encourage the healing of the body, mind, emotions and spirit, enabling a feeling of peace and harmony.
Reiki is very good for detecting weaknesses in the body. It works like a flood of energy moving blocks, increasing circulation on both a subtle and physical level. Top of page

What are the effects?
On a physical level, Reiki clears toxic waste accumulated in the body, while emotionally it will allow hidden or suppressed feelings such as vulnerability, irritability and sadness to surface. It is part of a purification process leaving the person lighter and balanced. Top of page

The session will last approximately one hour.

This healing technique adds another dimension to a Reiki Masters work. Nikki recognises that all competent healers main key to channelling more and more energy and thus becoming a better healer is to work upon themselves on all aspects. KaurnaReikiŽ can help in this process.

What can Karuna heal and facilitate?

What is Karuna?
Karuna is a Sanskrit word meaning any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others.
Karuna is a Reiki healing energy that assists us in awakening to universal compassion and the wisdom of our soul. Like Reiki it is accessed through symbols that the healer has been attuned to. It is not in competition with traditional Reiki and should be seen as an additional healing technique. Top of page

What is the origin of Karuna Reiki®?
An American Reiki Master called William Rand developed it. Many Reiki Masters with William channelled the symbols over the years. William used the symbols but felt that something was lacking energetically. He meditated on them and was guided to develop an attunement process and call this Karuna. It works on the light body and is specific to our changing energy field of today. A lot of healer who have become attuned to this healing system have begun to work with the Angelic and Ascended Masters energy. Top of page

Who can do Karuna?
Nikki will attune Reiki practitioners II & III For Karuna I & II and Reiki Masters for the Karuna Masters. Some teachers will only attune Reiki Masters but this is a matter of opinion. The Karuna energy is very strong and prefer to offer the attunements at separate intervals like the Reiki. As with everything in life, there is no right or wrong it is what resonates with you, and each person will be drawn to the right person, just follow the signs and that gut feeling.

What can Karuna heal and facilitate? Top of page
Each Karuna symbol is more specific than Reiki.
It can help many specific ailments such as:
* Addictive behaviour
* Allergies
* Anxiety
* Cellular memory release
* Chakra balancing
* Karmic and past life issues
* Mental focus and grounding
* Spiritual growth and much more. Top of page
