The sound of creation;

As I lie still I listen to the symphony of the Universe and further…..

The rhythm of the earth marking time, eternal, never changing.

Holding steady .

 The harmonics of the stars, changing slowly, each taking turn to build into his crescendo , showering the sound out towards us, then fading, shifting as another comes to the fore.

Changing the song for us to embrace, to join the chorus and bring our resonance to our highest pitch once more.

The choir of humanity, our sound is the harmony of us all.

 Each centre, each person sounding loud and clear.

 Each one holding our unique pitch building to the chorus, together we raise our voice

Until eventual perfect pitch as one pure sound

No one pitch higher nor lower

 Just one pure note reaching out and beyond

The grace of the Divine  is the grace of us. When we ask for forgiveness, we ask for forgiveness from ourselves. When we ask for god’s love, we simply are asking to love ourselves.

We see the horrors of the world around us present and past and question which God can allow this to happen but in actual fact we need to question ourselves –how can we let these things happen.

We say quietly to ourselves, only I will not make jot of difference but we are one and the whole, we can change worlds and futures by just pure will of ourselves and total faith in ourselves and no other.

 Our faith not in God but in ourselves can move mountains and create peace, simply ,each spark of light within each one of us is the spark of the Divine and as we let the light shine outwards from our heart then we allow divinity  to shine outwards, here on earth. We are the bridge; the will of the Divine is our will. The love of god and God`s love is from us we are not waiting  for anyone else but ourselves to make a difference .

Grace
 I have the grace to bow down to the divinity of myself

To take my pride and caress it gently until this blanket is needed no more and I feel safe and secure

I have the grace to see the beauty in all

To allow the fly to take respite on my arm safely and see its beauty as strong as any Singing bird

I have the Grace to let go of all my failings and those of others

To smile at my greatest fears and stand welcoming my enemies to my feet

Grace holds a strength far greater than any other force,

it holds the energy of gentle compassion regardless of the deed

I pray to the Divinity within that I can walk in the beauty of my Grace and my smile brings love to all

Ascension and what this means to me

For the last year I have been aware that Ascension Therapies might be confused with many other concepts of Ascension out there. So I have decided to write a few words on what Ascension means to me. I must stress that this is only my reality and yours maybe very different but some clarity is called for here so you know clearly who I am and what my work and life philosophy is.

Ascension is for me healing, it entails raising our energy, our vibration (remember we are vibration, a fact). We do this in many ways, which may change as we change, and none are better or worse than any other. The key here though is that there is no quick fix, we are totally responsible for ourselves and handing our energy or wisdom over to another is not an option. We need to learn that we know best for ourselves and we don’t know best for anyone else either. In my work and personal life, I try to follow this thought as much as possible

Through the experience of life, the ups and downs we experience here, in this lifetime, we can choose to grow or we can choose to shrivel. Through learning about ourselves through experience of life, we cognitively, physically and spiritually move our energy through our chakras, allowing this to raise or even lower our vibration. If we look at ourselves as vibration, we can clearly see that sometimes experiences such as shocks, bumps, illness, food and even thoughts can cause blockages within this energy body of ours. We can help clear this energy body through different healing modalities such as sound, meditation, shamanic works, Kinesiology, massage, yoga etc .

Ascension Therapies and myself offer the healing modalities of meditation, visualisation, Chakra awareness counselling, Kinesiology, sound, regression, Reiki and KarunaReiki, crystal and colour therapy to help us raise our energy to ascend through our chakras and sushumna (major energy channel) Other people offer many other ways ranging from friendship, an inspiring film, a phrase from a book or an artists picture and so on.

I do believe we as a whole are entering an amazing time, a shift in energy (micro cosmic and macro cosmic). According to esoteric philosophy this is everything from the mineral kingdom upwards. This is an exciting time of huge growth for us all. I have read extensively the wide range of thoughts regarding the 2012 concepts and I am open to all possibilities but for me, as always, they are simply possibilities. It’s the present and what I do now, personally and work related that is important to me. My attitude will not change with the change of any projected future; I am committed to raising my vibration through living with integrity, with an open heart without fear and to take as many people with me who possibly would like a helping hand. I am not shy to ask for a hand when I need one too!

Times are changing, that I know, let’s lift up our arms to the Universe and bring down this Universal energy (under what ever name we choose), anchor ourselves into the earth and manifest heaven on earth Now, Together and embrace the changing times

Soul Integration

Our soul seems indefinable but for me it is that presence of the Divine within us and as we begin to rediscover this soul or true essence without the ego then we become one once more with that divine aspect and all that is, thus completing our journey of eons of lives stripping away illusion layer after layer.

As this integration process begins to stir in so many different ways within us we begin to discover our soul purpose and contract. This is something that becomes apparent as our soul begins to downward gaze upon us fuelling our trust in the universe and the greater plan of all things

We begin to feel the truest stillness from our inner depths as it then begins to radiate into every aspect of us and around us. Our knowingness becomes a truly limitless potential as we begin to feel safe at last. Totally connected with every conscious thing within our own very individual realities. Our heart not only opens but we become our heart centre and as we emanate from this sacred place we bring fluidity into our lives and thus bliss.

For me, Soul integration is, in my reality, the process of clearing our physical, mental and emotional bodies principally through going within to bring personal understanding and becoming the master of our own energy, thus anchoring and embracing our inner power. Raising our vibration of our physical body enables our soul to filter downwards through our causal body and chakras until there is complete soul presence thus bringing forth the energy of heaven on earth within our day-to-day lives

My meditation and soul integration groups offer you a unique journey into yourself through your energy centres. We use colour and sound vibration, crystal and plant energy, the inner alchemy of the five elements, the animal kingdom, universal consciousness of archetypes with ascended and planetary energies to merge into our energy through meditation and visualisation letting go of our ego or agenda.

This will help to stir our cellular memories and anchoring the energy of being all one with everything manifest to finally become totally soul conscious

I would like you to imagine yourself in a process of completion, bringing all the fragmented parts of you and aligning them to a point of consolidation. You can feel the pulse of mother earth through your deep, strong root; sense her nurturing stability as her steady pulse flows through to the vortex of your heart. Imagine being able to see so much more clearly, being able to express yourself without fear of rejection, alienation, or disapproval. To be in this world but out of the drama, and to be able to feel the heavenly bodies of the higher dimensions as they sustain, heal and guide you as naturally as we do our children.

Each day grows more beautiful than the next, fear of life diminishes and your heart is so full you can feel it pouring out into the universe. I could go on and on, this is what we can all strive for, it is within our grasp.

I started my humble journey purely to be a good reiki healer and counsellor but this last year has plunged me into acute confusion, endless striving for “missing” knowledge, physical changes (glandular healing), clearing past lives and so much more. However, within all this a greater sense of self became clearer and clearer, as I learnt to trust the Divne. The sense of being able to manifest becomes stronger and I have a huge feeling of completing, and basking in the heavenly energies who eagerly wait to help.

I am not expressing this out of ego, until recently I was a medical sales representative whilst balancing a new relationship and single parenthood. I like a pint or two, eat meat and have the odd cigarette. I am an average woman of nearly forty, but my heart is open (after much healing) and my intent is so very great.

What has happened?

I trust, I trust in myself and the amazing, breathtaking and unconditional support from above, below and all around. I know that our minds and abilities (yes, yours) are immeasurable and with that total faith I also know too that you can step into this sense of peace.

Do not think for one moment that I do not struggle day to day, but the more I try, the more I am able to connect with that inner still in this busy life and the less I struggle.

I do not want to speak to you of what I feel is, it is your journey to co-create your own reality to discover all that is for you. Every thing you see, hear and experience in life will be your journey with your messages to help you along. What your “gut “ feeling gives you will be right for you at that time. There is no wrong or right (a lesson I have only just learnt), trust you. Just strive to feed your soul with every thing you say think and do, move forward with light in your heart and let your process of completion take yet another step.

A moment to think:

From the moment we took our first breath we started our search for answers. Whenwe arrived here it was as if we disconnected from not only the umbilical cord of our mother but from the Devine point, severing our alignment from our higher selves our point of all knowing…the reason why, I am sure is for a reason beyond most of our ability to grasp. Trust that from that point on we were left vulnerable and naive. Our cries for our mother were often left unheard, our first experiences of this world were so totally alien. Splintered from our soul groups and through societies ignorance, left in a world unable to give the love that we truly had only ever known. Before our first birth here our previous realities were one of utter bliss and joy, of all knowing and love that is beyond most of our comprehension here on earth. Because the most natural thing to us was to trust, this is what we did, we trusted in everyone, everything and every experience. Because humility is as natural to trust, we started to disconnect from that generator of personal power, our solar plexus, we handed the power, our power over to the elders, who had lost their power in time before us. This disconnection left them frightened and alienated from all they knew too and to regain this sense of power they had forgotten their solar plexus and its ability to create so they took from the newborn souls and so it ensued. Control and society expectations. It escalated to power over not only the younger members of society but for those who truly had been disconnected at birth form love, respect and that naive trust so badly shaken leading to fragmented spirit disconnected even from itself, high, lost in the ether, not able to connect even with himself. Man began to gain control over other souls feeding on their isolation and sense of loss, turning this into fear. Many times this escalated to closing down even further, that all knowing of whom a person is until a shell is left. The celestial realms look on over eons of time at each point of light, which is us, unable to aid these points of light, our light, because we had forgotten how to ask for help, forgotten how to allow these energies that once co-excited with us to aid us in our time of dire need and therefore leaving the universe to struggle without us too. With the disconnection, their love and support has gone unnoticed by the masses, but still they do not give up on mankind, they remember the day when our minds were interconnected as one with all. Not just all here on earth but within all realities, where our spirits soared high like the birds fly, as they do today as a reminder that the birds of earth are angels manifesting trying to show us our forgotten ancestry, so very often unnoticed. Heaven on earth manifested here but as has happened we let it slip from us, choosing to forget. It is time dear friends to let our spirits soar with our celestial friends to break the confines we our-selves have chosen to co create, to reconnect and to become one with ourselves, to break away from the shackles we choose to wear, to show love where there is fear, to be grateful with all life’s experiences what ever they may be . To open our hearts to look all diversity in the face and watch the perpetrators shrivel, as they are unable to claim our power, our pure unconditional trust once more. Send out a call to your fragmented soul, regain your inner sun and remember your origin, and as each day passes your strength will grow. There will be no need to look to others, as you will know exactly the truth, your truth. Every passing minute will be an experience and an opportunity to embrace the experience of this moment in time, this opportunity of free will by breathing in new life, remembering that every breath is uniting you, a breath of air is a breath of the Devine. As you become one with yourselves, send out a call for your soul groups, each point of individual energy will unite to become a greater whole, a sense of belonging and an opportunity to trust implicitly in other souls. Learn to breath again, not only deep breaths of that universal force through our heart centres but through the crown, allow the sustenance of the Divine to enter through the crown, allowing us to begin to reconnect. At this point you will feel your higher chakras activating and some will remember the time that we lived on the pranic force alone entering though us, a portal, which in some is and has been reopening. Look into the eyes of everyone you see, feel their energy and trust in your feelings, the ones that speak from the heart are growing in number, feel the respect and love they radiate to you. Watch as they manifest and create their own reality, laugh and connect with these people without fear and as they grow you will take the courage to grow too. Only treat yourself with the utmost respect, love you for all and watch as new people enter your life, you are connecting and growing and radiating that point of energy that can be seen many light years into the universe as each one of us matter, each one is beautiful and it is truly time to remember not just that but that we have no boundaries, just thousands of possibilities on all dimensions, yes dimensions dear friends. Keep your mind open to all possibilities; it is time to truly remember.

It is meant to be inspirational, it inspired me as the words were given for me to write, I felt tears because of the intensity of the feelings and the urgency of the message. Important words for all healers and those who are new to healing concepts:

Where do I start, compared to many contributors I am an novice in energy work, with only twelve years experience. For the last four months all I can think about is the subject of this message, it is my truth with a strength behind it that is mine. Where are the energy workers going?

Before I knew of so many things, a guide called arcturius came through, I was given a symbol from Sirius that was placed in my heart Chakra, was drawn to crop circles and came back with amazing experiences, I connected to the templer energy and the angelic realm seemed to heal me while I meditated, just like so many of you. I have read so much from others since and revel in the joy of the knowledge that is being anchored and accessed today. But with this knowledge sometimes comes something else, it feels like a vortex of energy pulling me too. I stumble at this point as it is not an accusation but an observation that I feel needs bringing to our awareness for us all to look at and maybe that is all that is needed.

The huge question is each one of us lives in our own reality, our own perception, do we need to learn from others realities or learn to connect with our own? The Arcturian energy that came to my side came without prior knowledge, but to another energy worker this energy may not be in her reality as he or she does not need to heal or connect with this aspect. To those of us that are strong of mind and understand these things ,we can let go of this and dip into another’s experience and even learn by it but not take it on as our truth. What I am offering here is a moment to reflect on those people out there who are hungry to learn, who have the drive to connect and who also lack that strength of the solar plexus, who will read our words as set in stone and incorporate them into their reality, setting them onto a path of relentlessly living another’s reality, because they are unable to open their own energy centres and connect with their own reality Does this then lead them onto holding onto the words of others, can this hold people back from their own true paths instead as the words intended, to help them forward. The words that we channel, how do we really know that they are for the highest good of all, just because they are for the knowledge of the person who was given them? The universe is beyond our understanding, even those who are highly evolved beyond my own experience, I would have to question their ability to truly comprehend. These energies are from places that have different agendas and my gut feeling is that we do not want to become part of any energies plan. As we often feel that all is not what it seems on this dimension and we are only given and shown what larger groups want us to know (governments) then what makes us so sure that this does not happen on other dimensions (I think a huge majority knows it does) What I am trying to say is that we can be pawns on all dimensions Holding clairvoyants ,physics and healers as mentors when the only true teacher is themselves and what is reflected in their lives .To teach you to trust that if you work with anything in life with the highest intent, with humility and open heart you will be safe and right

To help make this a little clearer as I know that so far it is probably as clear as mud, when I run a group the higher vibrational energies comes through to a point that we feel the need to name such as Magdalene ,Melchizadek Archangel Michael etc but I have truly come to believe that the energy that comes through is really a higher vibration aspect of our multifaceted selves. Each person is given what he or she needs to connect with at each time. Sometimes all of us our given the same symbol, colour etc. I could not deem to be a giver of these attunements, only the holder of this space to facilitate whatever needs to be done in accordance to the universal energies. I do have to say that I have a concern at the huge costs for learning this channelled info and gaining this attunement from a high vibration. I truly deeply believe that all we need to do is help each person to realise that they are the holders of their own truth, that the greatest gift we can give to every individual is to help them heal, work through their blocks physically,mentally and spiritually and to work safely by a process of self awareness and to let people sit in a space to allow energiy to anchor to their true essence, their soul. Until that point when the individual has the confidence to connect him or herself. As has happened to me, I am then drawn to sacred sites if that is part of my own healing path. I am concerned for disempowered people in pain that hang on the channelled words of others when the truth is they can do this themselves. I am seeing more and more the same thing happening in the “spiritual industry” as what happens everywhere, as soon as a reputation grows, so does the costs for the course, and the need by the person in pain for that attunement grows. When the truly connected person with a balanced solar plexus is fully aware that we are falling into the trap of just the society that we are trying to change! Am I being ignorant to believe that if the energies are anchored it does not matter whether we are in someone’s living room, or at Stonehenge it will be powerful and healing. Yes, these sacred sites are strong and have their place but to use them as marketing tool feels wrong beyond belief because the ones who are unable to pay this price or have free time to travel will feel inadequate and may even feel tempted to get themselves in debt. We do need to charge, to promote ourselves and to spread the word but where is the line? It is hard for myself as a therapist to look on. Another example is the crystal course qualifications; it is nearly like gaining entrance to Oxford University v polytechnique. We are working with intuition, I understand we must be careful when working on others but truly the best healers of all kinds have the most important qualifications; an open heart, a pure connection and the highest intent. Infact, my mentor for many years had no formal qualifications but did the best healing and group work that I have ever experienced then or since…she was a pure channel of light.

My cry to all light workers is that we carry the flame of inspiration and change, we are the pioneers from the third dimension into the next, let us truly show the way and shake of the last remaining shackles of “should” and shouldn’t”, of telling not facilitating, of marketing our connection with spirit as we market a bottle of coke, or changing our prices as our message becomes heard and then very popular. When we show the world what we do and spread our light we need to be aware that we are being judged and a lot of “cynics” may look at our price structure and behaviour patterns and actually feel that we too have become an industry. I ordered a book, an expensive book but with true-channelled knowledge and a clear connection from the author but my heart sank as I reached the end of the chapter only to find an advert for a tool to help me achieve the healing, this happened at the end of every chapter. If I was in need as I surely was eight years ago, I could have spent so much money looking for the quick fix promise of enlightenment and inner peace. Surely the only clear way to heal is from the inside out, so sadly now as the spiritual industry grows with the growth of stress and the drive for change, are we truly now enticing people with “quick” healing attuenments and courses to connect with higher energies. I too offer attunements, meditations to connect to higher energies, and much more. I too advertise and market myself, where is the fine line? I truly cannot say. At a guess, in your heart lies the answer. As healers, we still need to live and feed our children, value our energy and spread the word, the balance my friends is fine. All I know deep down in my gut is that if we do not walk this tight rope well then we could drive the people ready for change, the ones that will help raise the vibration of the planet away from us as we are reflecting the behaviour of industries from all areas of life.

I hope these words are heard by all and taken with the intent that they are written, not in judgement but for a moment for us to pause and think where are we going and why.
